eBusiness strategy
To improve the competitiveness of your company the underlying eBusiness
strategy must be clear, targeted, based on solid amount of facts and led
from the top. It is our approach on strategy projects to work with clients
and not for them. We will work together to analyse, create, build support
for and implement workable solutions. It is important to point out that
we don’t just believe in writing reports that look and sound great
- our suggestions are practical, possible to implement and intended to
make a difference.
Methodology:
There are no templates for creating eBusiness strategies as each case
is highly specific. However, there are a number of stages each project
will go through in order to analyse the issues thoroughly, and a number
of different tools and analysis techniques will be used depending on the
requirements.
Schedule:
Strategy projects last anywhere between a day and two weeks depending
on the level of analysis required. Longer projects should be discussed
in advance so that the necessary time can be booked out.
Deliverables:
The final strategy documents will outline the findings that have been
highlighted during the analysis process, and will cover in detail the
recommendations for future eBusiness activities and the rationale behind
all advice.
